I am a western Connecticut Real Estate Professional focused on helping with your real estate needs.

Basic Overview

  •  Buying, selling or both?

    What’s your timeline?  Are you currently in a lease?  Set up your real estate initial consultation.

  • Finances? If you are buying, cash or credit?

    You will need proof of funds or a mortgage qualification letter when you put in an offer on a home. If selling, do you have a mortgage or property liens?  What are your payoff numbers?
