I Am Ready to Help You Take the Next Steps

Hello! Sandra is a western Connecticut Real Estate Professional focused on helping with your real estate needs.  Whether it is transitioning to retirement or senior living, helping underwater homeowners move on,  assisting with that first  home purchase, relocation, estates or whatever your reason for moving, I am here to guide you through the steps.
Step 01 – Buying, selling or both?
What’s your timeline?  Are you currently in a lease?  Set up your real estate initial consultation.
Step 02 – Finances
If you are buying, cash or credit?   You will need proof of funds or mortgage qualification letter when you put in an offer on a home.

If selling, do you have a mortgage or property liens?  What are your payoff numbers?

Step 03 – Put your home on the market and/or starting the search for your next home
We will work with you to get your home sold and/or get you into your next home.
